Lena Marshall

Lena Marshall creates, implements & monitors our customer relationship management (CRM) program designed to build trust, confidence, and goodwill with our clients & prospects. As our Client Relations Manager, she understands our client’s needs and articulates the company’s ability to meet the client’s needs with our products or services. Lena often has critical responsibilities in client acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.

For several years, Lena has been an analyst and serving crucial support functions with Emmes BioPharma, ICON, and Sarasota County. Lena has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of South Florida. She is also fluent in Russian and German.

Arthur Marshall

Arthur Marshall is a visionary real estate developer, business consultant, and entrepreneur in Sarasota, Florida. Arthur graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Administration and a major in Real Estate with an emphasis in Marketing. He entered the construction and development industry in February of 2000. His companies have built multi-family duplexes, townhomes, apartments, 1000 square-foot patio homes, and over 10,000 square-foot mansions in his home state of Georgia. He has also built many homes in South Carolina and Tennessee.

Arthur has taught many classes on real estate development, business fundamentals, and personal improvement. Arthur has also consulted for Fortune 500 companies and many small businesses in marketing and general business.

Dave Svec

A former Covey Trainer when serving as a Supervisory Principal at a large broker/dealer, Dave Svec realizes and agrees with Steven Covey that “Effective leadership is putting first things first. Effective management is discipline, carrying it out.”

Mr. Svec coordinates asset protection and tax-advantaged wealth strategies with attorneys and tax planners. He provides business consulting for the strategic structuring of existing and start-up business ventures. To secure capital for Main Street clients, Dave and his talented team of professionals provide consulting that may include developing strategy and presentation materials, often emphasizing institutional and private equity. Dave has a working relationship with securities attorneys for the creation of Private Placement Memorandums and has pitched investment bankers and private equity groups. He oversees improving corporate debt financing profiles and works with our team to draft business plans and white papers.

Miss Henry is a successful FCCA-qualified financial professional with a history of working with medium and large complex organizations.  She has 20+ years of industry experience in Investments, Reinsurance, Banking (on and Off-Shore), Hedge Funds, Financial Services for Estate Planning, Public Practice, Major Retail, Tourism, Government Services, Oil, Construction and Manufacturing.

A pragmatic leader with a proven history of directing financial, treasury, and budgetary activities to fund operations, maximize investment potential, drive business strategy, and deliver financial performance. Confident problem solver with a talent for identifying issues and opportunities and recommending solutions that align core business, revenue, and growth. Adept at optimizing financial systems and processes to maximize returns on investment, build strong control environments, and achieve organizational objectives whilst complying with recognized accounting standards. Collaborative communicator with repeated success leading cross-functional teams and building relationships to promote continuous improvement, cohesive business approaches, and enhanced profitability.
